Lucia Banci, received the "Guido Barone" Medal 2024, awarded by the Division of Chemistry of Biological Systems of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI).

The Medal is awarded every year to a researcher who has distinguished her/himself for the highly interdisciplinary and innovative nature of her/his research, having obtained results of notable scientific impact and recognized at an international level.

The award was presented during the SCI2024 Congress,held in Milan from 26 to 30 August.
