PhD scholarships in Structural Biology
The Magnetic Resonance Center of the University of Florence is looking for graduates interested in research in the field of NMR applied to biological molecules by providing PhD scholarships in Structural Biology.
CERM, one of the best equipped NMR infrastructure in the world, is a world-leading institution in the field of integrated structural biology, NMR relaxation and the study of the interaction between metals and proteins using magnetic resonance techniques. Research activities include molecular and cellular biology projects, structural and functional characterization of proteins and their interactions, screening and optimization of drug candidates, development of new methodologies in the application of magnetic resonance spectroscopies, metabolomics studies.

Il Centro di Risonanze Magnetiche dell'Universita' di Firenze cerca laureati interessati alla ricerca nel campo dell'NMR applicato a molecole biologiche mettendo a disposizione borse di dottorato in Structural Biology.
Il CERM, infrastruttura NMR tra le più attrezzate al mondo, è una istituzione leader a livello mondiale nel campo della biologia strutturale integrata, del rilassamento NMR e dello studio dell'interazione tra metalli e proteine mediante tecniche di risonanza magnetica. Le attività di ricerca comprendono progetti di biologia molecolare e cellulare, caratterizzazione strutturale e funzionale di proteine e di loro interazioni, screening e ottimizzazione di candidati farmaci, sviluppo di nuove metodologie nell'applicazione delle spettroscopie di risonanza magnetica, studi di metabolomica.
