A new tool to support NMR based ligandscreening

The PICASSO Web Server compares pairs of HSQC peak lists to automatically identify variations: webserver & free stand-alone python program.

The tool requests a minimal amount of experimental data from the user,it has been implemented as an open-source program, and made available as a web application.
